San Diego Region holds monthly Tech Sessions which continue to strengthen our relationships with local dealers, mechanics and vendors; as well as impart mechanical and technical information to our membership.
Tech Sessions give our membership the opportunity to meet our local vendors and sponsors, plus exchange Do-It-Yourself stories among themselves. They also are a primary venue for new members to meet the Region for the first time. Some of our tech sessions are held jointly with other car clubs as well (like the BMW club).
One of our clubs objectives is the sharing of technical information. We do this very well. Tech sessions ensure access for our members to resources with the highest standards of operation and performance. We have a lasting, mutually beneficial relationship with our local dealers, Pioneer Centres Porsche and Hoehn Porsche, as well as with Porsche Cars, North America.
Our tech sessions rotate amongst the many wonderful companies in San Diego who provide services of value to our membership and their Porsches. Many of these businesses, are frequent sponsors of club events and charity efforts; as well as advertisers in our newsletter, the Windblown Witness.
PCNA is always there to lend us a hand whenever it is needed, and the annual tours of the PCNA Distribution Center are legendary amongst our members.
Obviously, our membership can learn a lot about the care and feeding of their Porsches by attending our monthly Tech Sessions. They are one of the great benefits of membership in the San Diego Region of the Porsche Club of America.
